- Operate production equipment in accordance with standard work instructionsLoad and unload materials, components, and finished products
- Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing tasksInspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications
- Complete production records and documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S principles
- Assist with equipment changeovers and basic setup activities
- Monitor equipment performance and report operational, quality, or safety concerns
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work practices
- Support the achievement of daily production, quality, and efficiency goals
- A reliable and punctual team player who takes pride in their work
- Someone who follows instructions carefully and works safely
- Detail-oriented with a focus on producing quality products
- Willing to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and performing hands-on work
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment is a plus
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures
- Reliability, dependability, and attendance consistency
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to learn and follow standard operating procedures
- Continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to support process enhancements
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures
