Our drivers operate brand-new 2025 Volvo daycabs equipped with advanced safety technology, premium driver comfort, and modern digital displays.
We rotate equipment regularly because newer trucks help reduce downtime, minimize breakdowns, and create a safer experience for our drivers.
Qualifications:
• Valid CDL-A License
• Minimum 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Doubles endorsement or willingness to obtain prior to start

Work Location: In person
Our truck drivers must have a relentless focus on safety and customer service and meet the following minimum requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Possess (or be willing to obtain) a doubles endorsement
- Possess (or be able to obtain) a valid Department of Transportation (DOT) medical examiners certificate
- Pass a DOT CDL drug screen and criminal background and motor vehicle record checks.
- Operate tractor-trailer combination, including doubles (and triples, where applicable)
- Perform daily pre-trip and safety inspections on equipment
- Participate and stay current on all safety training
- Hook/unhook trailers and converter dollies to/from a tractor and/or trailer
- Verify and complete required documentation and reports
- Maintain accurate daily logs
- Comply with hazardous material regulations and procedures
- Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch (e.g. delays, arrivals, equipment problems), as required
- Demonstrate internal and external customer service
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
- Must have acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) based on hiring standards
- Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulatory requirements under section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier (FMC) regulations
- Basic written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.)
- Ability to hook-up and break-down sets of trailers that require an average lift force of about 100 pounds, several times a day or more.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time, bend, twist, squat, climb in and out of truck
- Ability to follow instructions, copmany policies, and complete required training
- Perform other duties as required
All Truck Drivers must meet at least one (1) of the following qualifications for experience:
- evidence of six (6) months of verifiable driving experience within the previous three (3) years in a commercial motor vehicle (combo tractor-trailer) AND evidence of successful completion of a qualified driver training course, which included a written examination; OR
- evidence of one (1) year of verifiable driving experience within the previous three (3) years in a commercial motor vehicle (combo tractor-trailer); OR
- evidence of five (5) years of verifiable driving experience within the previous ten (10) years in a commercial motor vehicle (combo tractor-trailer)
