Dental Office Manager at Accelerate Dental – St. George, Utah

Sunset Dental is seeking a friendly, experienced Front Desk Office Manager to join our patient-centered dental team. This is a permanent position in a supportive, fast-paced dental office where providing an exceptional patient experience is our top priority.

We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, and confident working in a dental office environment, with the ability to help manage day-to-day front office operations and patient interactions.

• Greet and check in/out patients with a welcoming and professional demeanor
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
• Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with patient questions regarding coverage
• Collect payments and discuss treatment estimates with patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and chart updates
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle general administrative and front office duties as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and support a positive patient experience

• Minimum 6 months experience working in a dental office (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with scheduling systems and basic dental terminology
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Prior experience with dental insurance verification and treatment coordination
• Familiarity with dental practice management software
• Previous front desk or dental administrative experience strongly preferred

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
