Job Summary:
The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to enhance employee skills and align with organizational goals. This role requires close collaboration with the France HQ to execute global training initiatives while managing local training needs, including office skills, sales techniques, and leadership development. The ideal candidate is a seasoned trainer with strong facilitation skills and the ability to maintain training systems effectively.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Global Training Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison with France HQ to implement corporate training programs.
- Ensure compliance with global training standards and adapt content for local relevance.
- Maintain and optimize the training management system (e.g., LMS updates, tracking participation).
Local Training Delivery
- Organize and conduct training sessions on soft skills, sales techniques, management development, and workplace efficiency.
- Customize training materials to address local business needs, for both commercial and manufacturing functions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
Facilitation & Content Development
- Deliver engaging in-person/virtual trainings, acting as a lead facilitator for key programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps and design targeted solutions.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in training management, including program design and delivery.
- Proven experience as a trainer/facilitator (can be the trainer for soft skill workshops).
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and blended learning approaches.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination.
- Analytical mindset to measure training ROI.
- Adaptability to multicultural environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in train-the-trainer programs (e.g., ATD, CPLP).
- Experience in multinational companies with matrix reporting.
