About This Position
Second Avenue is seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our Central Operations Property Management division in Tampa, FL. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting day-to-day administrative operations.
Second Avenue is the premier platform for enabling institutions to deploy meaningful capital into single-deeded residential assets (SFR) while retaining control and valuable lines of sight into their investments over time. Job Summary
The Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Tampa office, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. This role serves as a central point of coordination for office administration, employee experience, and internal support across departments.
This position requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities, maintain a strong attention to detail, and contribute to a positive and professional workplace environment.

Education and Experience:
