About This Position

Harlem Endovascular is a leading provider of minimally invasive, image-guided treatments for Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD), serving patients throughout Harlem and the greater NYC area. Our affiliated vascular specialists are committed to restoring blood flow, preventing limb loss, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Conveniently located near East Harlem, our center is easily accessible by major roadways and public transportation.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and bilingual Patient Service Coordinator (PSC) to serve as the welcoming face of our practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, enjoys helping others, and can communicate fluently in English and Spanish.

  • Key Responsibilities*
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients in person and over the phone.
  • Receive referrals and enter patient data into our EMR system (eClinicalWorks).
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and procedures; arrange transportation when needed.
  • Check patients in and out, collect co-pays, and manage high-volume phone calls.
  • Assist patients with forms and explain medical terminology.
  • Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Handle billing and insurance claims; resolve disputes or issues.
  • Maintain office operations, inventory, and equipment.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and feedback to improve service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.

  • What We’re Looking For*
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
  • Calm, professional, and empathetic demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and handle a high volume of calls.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems; knowledge of eClinicalWorks a plus.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient service and supporting a collaborative team
