Warehouse Supervisor at Sahah Naturals – Lachine, Quebec

Job Description

As Warehouse Supervisor at Sahah Naturals, you play a critical role in the functioning of warehouse operations. Specifically, your role is to support the operations team by receiving shipments, preparing orders in accordance with our various customers’ requirements and maintaining an organized and well-functioning warehouse. Your mission is to maintain an organized warehouse and ensure goods are received and shipped efficiently and accurately.

List of duties:

• Warehouse Management and Organizing
  • Oversee the shipping and receiving of products
  • Replenish/maintain stock levels in the picking locations as needed
  • Keep racks full to optimize storage space
  • Rotate stock accordingly
  • Receive/Count Goods
  • Ensure pallet spots are clearly indicated
  • Wrap pallets
  • Manipulate pallets with Reach Truck
  • Perform full inventory count on a monthly basis
• Supervision/Management/Communication
  • Oversee shipping/receiving team
  • Dispatch order pick sheets
  • Review picked orders for accuracy
  • Participate in Weekly Team Meetings
  • Participate in Weekly Planning Meetings
  • Connect with operations to ensure smooth functioning of warehouse
• Order Processing & Shipping Receiving
  • Print applicable product, carton and pallet labels
  • Load carriers and process shipping/receiving documents
  • Prepare shipment plans
  • Seek constant improvements in warehousing operations.
• Various other adhoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Google Sheets & Slack
• Organized and proactive
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Full Time, Monday-Friday (8AM - 4PM)

Pay: $29/Hour
