About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead and grow our Commercial Banking Line of Business overseeing all aspects of business performance, strategic direction, client engagement, and operational excellence. This role carries full P&L responsibility and is accountable for both in-year performance and long-term value creation through sustainable recurring revenue growth.
As General Manager, you will define the long-term vision for the line of business while also working cross-functionally to drive an immediate impact through exceptional product delivery, product alignment, and consultative selling. You will collaborate with senior leaders across sales, advisory, product management, engineering, and product delivery teams to execute growth strategies and scale our decision intelligence solutions. You will have a compact, nimble team reporting directly to you while leveraging vast resources in centers of excellence throughout the company. You will also play a critical role in shaping the company’s presence in the market through the development of thought leadership and through high-impact client relationships.

Responsibilities
Business Ownership & Growth
- Own full P&L and drive performance against revenue, margin, and growth targets
- Define and execute a multi-year strategic plan aligned with company goals
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities across advisory, data, and software offerings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and client success to align execution with strategy
Client Strategy & Thought Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, guiding strategic decision-making
- Develop and share market insights through white papers, webinars, podcasts, and industry events
- Lead consultative sales efforts for high-value engagements and recurring solution adoption
Delivery Oversight
- Drive quality, innovation, and value realization across products
- Maintain a high-touch engagement model with routine senior-level client interaction
- Contribute to the successful delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring insights are actionable and impactful
Team Leadership & Culture
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Guide junior talent with direct coaching, feedback, and development opportunities
Desired Skills & Expertise
- 10+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or enterprise SaaS, with proven business leadership responsibility
- Strong track record of P&L ownership and driving ARR or recurring revenue growth
- Deep subject matter expertise in Wealth, Consumer, Business, Digital, and/or Finance preferred
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling and strategic client relationship management
- Excellent communicator with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experienced team leader with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred

Compensation: This role offers a base salary of $200,000-$220,000 base + bonus potential
