POSITION SUMMARY: The IT Manager, Operations is responsible for overseeing the security, stability, and daily operations of the organization’s core technology infrastructure, including voice and data networks (wired and wireless), endpoints, cloud environments, and data centers. This position manages the Network Administrators, Security Analysts, PC/LAN Technicians, and Helpdesk staff to ensure efficient and secure IT operations.

This role oversees internal infrastructure and security teams and coordinates with external vendors, partners, and consultants to support operational objectives. The position requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.`

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field: Related fields consist of Computer Information Sciences, Technology Management, Information Systems, Business, or Leadership from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience on a year for year basis.
  • 6 years of Information Services experience: A progressive record of professional success with 6 or more years of experience leading information technology strategy, management, and execution in a complex business and information systems environment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • The ability to multi-task in an environment of evolving and changing priorities.
