How Compensation Works

• Starting hourly rate: $31.25/hour
• Additional earnings come from generating new customers during service
• Consistent sales performance can increase total earnings up to $41.25/hour
• Lifetime commission on accounts you sell and service

Your income grows based on your ability to identify opportunities and convert customers during service visits.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform detailed inspections and diagnose pest issues
• Execute advanced treatments (including ULV when applicable)
• Service residential and commercial accounts
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide solutions
• Identify opportunities during service visits and convert them into new customers
• Maintain accurate service records and follow procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Valid NYS 7A Pesticide Applicator License (required)
• Valid driver’s license
• 3–5+ years of pest control experience preferred
• Experience with ULV treatments strongly preferred
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to identify and convert service opportunities into customers
