- Plan, supervise, and manage assigned engagements while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness
- Develop a working understanding of clients’ business processes and operations
- Review financial statements and workpapers for accuracy, completeness, and compliance, including note disclosures
- Analyze balance sheet accounts, prepare reconciliations, and ensure timely posting of cash transactions
- Conduct periodic internal audits to verify adherence to internal controls
- Research and resolve issues arising during engagements, providing recommendations for business and process improvements
- Interact with client management to gather information, resolve problems, and enhance operational performance
- Support the professional growth of staff through mentoring, evaluations, and active development initiatives
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
- 3–4 years of experience as a senior accountant, preferably within a BPO or external accounting service environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Highly motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently while supporting team development
