Position Summary
As a BCBA in our Deltona clinic, you will provide high-level clinical oversight and lead a small, focused team designed to minimize burnout and maximize quality of care. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight & Implementation
Conduct comprehensive functional assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans.
Monitor client progress through rigorous data analysis, utilizing the 20% built-in paid indirect time provided daily.
Lead regular caregiver meetings and training sessions to ensure families are active partners in the therapeutic process.
Advocate for client needs in clinical meetings and ensure the highest standards of clinical integrity.
Leadership & Mentorship
Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs and BCaBAs, providing a minimum of 10% paid oversight.
Foster a positive, gossip-free team culture rooted in fun, recognition, and professional excellence.
Model evidence-based interventions and provide real-time coaching to instructional staff.
Qualifications
Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
Credentialing: Medicaid Credentialed Provider preferred (Reliatus and the client will assist with this if necessary).
Licensure: Valid Florida State License (or eligibility for licensure).
Core Competencies: Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a desire to participate in a "staff-first" clinical culture.
Physical Requirements: Ability to be physically active and engage fully with clients in a clinic-based setting.
