Five Iron Golf – Coral Gables, a franchised location operated by Sunshine Coral Gables, LLC is the region’s premier indoor golf and entertainment experience, offering a full-service kitchen and bar. We are seeking a Line Cook to support our kitchen operations under the direction of the Head Chef. This team-oriented role is essential to providing high-quality food that complements our guest experience.

This franchised location of Five Iron Golf is redefining the indoor golf and entertainment experience by blending cutting-edge simulator technology with a high-energy, inclusive social atmosphere. With premium food and beverage offerings and community-driven programming, we provide unforgettable experiences for golfers and non-golfers alike.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of dishes ranging from appetizers, entrees and desserts as well as any other meals produced out of our kitchen.
- Open and close the kitchen as scheduled.
- Perform routine food prep and ensure the line is fully stocked and organized.
- Maintain a clean kitchen by washing dishes and surfaces regularly.
- Follow all health code and sanitation requirements.
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Control and direct the food preparation process in collaboration with the Head Chef, Kitchen Supervisors and Management.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet Five Iron Golf’s standards.

Schedule: Hours vary weekly, with emphasis on nights and weekends

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a kitchen team.

- ServSafe certification or other accredited Food Handler certification required.

- Health and safety training credentials preferred.

- Must be flexible with schedule, including nights and weekends.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Commitment to providing excellent service to all guests.
