As a Kitchen Steward, you're the hero behind the sparkle! You'll keep our china, glass, and silver shining, make sanitation a top priority, and team up with the kitchen crew to keep every corner spotless. From scrubbing equipment to organizing utensils and ensuring food is stored and rotated just right, you're the guardian of cleanliness and order in our kitchen kingdom.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning Champions: Keep the kitchen shining by cleaning dishes, scrubbing pots, sweeping floors, and taking out the trashmaking every corner fresh and fabulous for the whole team!
• Organization Pros: Replace all clean china, glass, and silver in their proper storage spots (with careno breakage here!)
• Team Spirits: Bring your best smile, connect with guests and teammates (sometimes solo!), and jump into any task with a can-do, flexible attitudebecause every day brings something new and awesome!
• Trustworthy Representatives: Be the rock of reliabilityshow off your good character, make smart choices, and let your trustworthiness shine as you represent our team!

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent, and/or relevant experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate and select among alternative actions quickly and accurately.
• Ability to perform effectively in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Capacity to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.

Suite stays beside the Amarillo Civic Center. Our two-room suites are in the heart of downtown Amarillo, adjacent to the Amarillo Civic Center. Cadillac Ranch and the Amarillo Botanical Gardens are within 15 minutes. Our hotel features an indoor pool, dry sauna, fitness center, and event space for up to 1,000 guests.
