As a Service Plumber, you will represent our brand in customers homes, provide accurate assessments, complete repairs efficiently, and offer solutions that meet the needs of residential clients. • Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including fixtures, piping, water heaters, and related components

• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding issues and recommended solutions

• Provide accurate estimates and explain scope of work to customers

• Perform service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and job site

• Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner

• Uphold company standards for professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction

• Participate in occasional weekend work as needed

• 2-5 years of residential plumbing experience preferred

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Professional, clean-cut appearance and demeanor

• Personable, dependable, and trustworthy

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record

• $32$50 per hour (Base Salary + Commission Structure)
