POSITION OVERVIEW

The Nurse provides high-quality patient care under the supervision of physicians and the Head Nurse, supporting clinical treatments, monitoring patient health, and ensuring comfort and safety throughout the care process. This role emphasizes maintaining professional nursing standards, adhering to healthcare regulations, and participating in ongoing education and development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide medical care and treatment to patients under the supervision of the Head nurse and Doctors.
• Take vital signs, blood and set up IV line for a different group of patients.
• Ensure the quality of patient care by the highest nursing standards
• Instruct patients and their families to implement the doctor’s advice.
• Assist doctors in taking care of patients when getting examinations and medical treatment.
• Maintain professional nursing standards by participating in continuing education and development following the regulation of the Department of Health.
• Handle emergencies if requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line manager, Head nurse.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Nursing degree with a minimum 3 years of experience.
• Having the Practicing License.
• Experience in hospitals/ clinics in an international environment is a considerable plus.
• Having patience, collaboration with the team, and a patient-oriented mindset.
• Above basic communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Ensure all patients and relatives are treated with respect and dignity at all times
• Work efficiently in stressful situations and be able to respond to challenging situations.
