We’re seeking a compassionate, confident Family Nurse Practitioner (Spanish Speaking) who wants to practice medicine differently—where time, connection, and outcomes truly matter.

• Conduct comprehensive exams, gather detailed health histories, and evaluate patients to make accurate diagnoses and treatment decisions.

• Manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan in a family-centered care model.

• Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and lifestyle education.

• Develop long-term, meaningful relationships with patients through extended visits and accessible communication.

• Offer same-day or next-day appointments when clinically appropriate.

• Provide direct patient communication when needed to support continuity of care.

• Work collaboratively with physicians and care team members to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.

• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Michigan licensure and scope of practice.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, EKGs, imaging) to guide treatment decisions.

• Administer injections and immunizations.

• Perform suturing, wound care, and minor in-office procedures.

• Support preventive screenings and health maintenance initiatives.

• Provide bilingual care in English and Spanish to ensure inclusive, culturally competent communication.

• Educate patients on growth and development, chronic disease management, family planning, and preventive strategies.

• Promote health literacy and empower patients to take ownership of their well-being.

• Michigan FNP licensure.

• Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

• Commitment to patient-centered, relationship-driven care.

• 2–5 years of experience in Primary Care (Preferred)

• Experience working in community-based or membership-based care models.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, adaptable, fast-paced clinical environment.
