JOB OVERVIEW:

Chick-fil-A at Harrisonburg is seeking a dedicated and high-energy We are hiring Team Members to serve in both Front of House and Back of House roles. This is more than a job. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Pay: Full Time: $14.50 to $16.00 per hour | Part Time: $13.00 to $14.00 per hour

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Guest Experience
• Greet every guest with eye contact, a genuine smile, and enthusiastic hospitality.
• Take accurate orders and process payments efficiently.
• Deliver food quickly and correctly in the dining room or drive thru.
• Kitchen Operations
• Prepare and cook food safely and efficiently according to Chick fil A standards.
• Maintain strict food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Support opening and closing duties and stocking.
• Team Contribution
• Work at a quick and thorough pace.
• Communicate clearly with team members.
• Maintain a positive and coachable attitude in a high volume environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and present food safely and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Operational Support: Help open the kitchen or front of house and assist with inventory stocking.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Strictly follow all food safety policies and maintain a clean, orderly workspace at all times.
• Teamwork: Work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining a positive, coachable attitude.

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

• Full Time
• 35 to 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work 8 hour shifts between 5:30 AM and 9:00 PM.
• Must be available on Saturdays.
• Part Time
• 20 to 25 hours per week, typically 3 to 4 shifts.
• Must be available on Saturdays.

We are closed on Sundays.

REQUIREMENTS

• Availability: Must be able to work an 8-hour shift between 5:30 AM and 9:00 PM.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift/move stock weighing up to 35 pounds.
