• Accurately entering orders in the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Processing sales transactions following Preston Feather policies for pricing, discounts, payment and credit memo terms
• Assisting with stock receiving, merchandising, and inventory cycle counts
• Sporadically retrieving materials from yard and loading into customer vehicles, often requiring lifting up to 50 lbs
• Guide people through sales, orders, and service
• Partner with sales team on deliveries
• Sell hardware and handle smaller projects
• Use Spruce ERP software for orders and payments
• Schedule vendor meetings
