Job Description
Position: Carpenter/Skilled Laborer
Company: Clockwork Construction Inc.
Location: 5856 Corp Ave, Suite 200, Cypress, CA
Clockwork Construction Inc. is a commercial general contractor specializing in fast food restaurant remodels and new construction along with other commercial remodel and new buildings.
Key Responsibilities: Job responsibilities will include but not limited to:
· Perform carpenter duties including carpentry, finish carpentry installation, FRP, Wall laminate etc. as needed.
· Provide training and supervision for newly hired carpenters and laborers
· Installation of FF&E or other materials supplied by others
· Assist with supervision on construction projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry
- Proficient reading plan and other construction documentation
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Available to work extended hours as required
- Motor vehicle driving record that is consistent with Company standards and policies
- Able to travel as needed
Compensation: DOE plus variable bonuses based upon company and individual performance
