What You'll Do• Assist customers with insurance quotes and coverage options
• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Follow up with prospects and customers
• Support sales and customer service activities
• Identify opportunities to help customers with additional needs
• Work in a supportive, team-oriented office environment

What We're Looking For• Bilingual Spanish / English communication skills
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Comfortable speaking with customers
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
• Life & Health License (must be able to obtain)
