Are you someone who enjoys diagnosing problems, working outdoors, and delivering solutions customers can count on? Join our team as an Irrigation Service Technician and help keep properties running efficiently and looking their best year-round.

As an Irrigation Service Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining and repairing irrigation systems, outdoor lighting, and pet containment systems for residential and commercial properties. From troubleshooting electrical components and repairing sprinkler heads to performing seasonal maintenance and system improvements, you'll build technical expertise while delivering high-quality service our customers trust.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot and repair irrigation system components including pipes, fittings, sprinkler heads, control panels, wiring, and electrical parts
Install, repair, and test backflow prevention devices
Perform general and seasonal system maintenance including startups and winterizations
Troubleshoot and repair low-voltage outdoor lighting systems
Troubleshoot and repair pet containment systems
Coordinate with leadership to plan daily tasks and ensure timely, high-quality service
Analyze properties and provide recommendations for system improvements
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and established timelines
Follow all safety procedures and uphold company standards on every job site
Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement efforts
Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
Assist with other services across irrigation, lighting, fertilization, lawn care, pet containment, and related operations as needed

You're a great fit if:

You have knowledge of irrigation equipment, supplies, and system operations
Backflow certification is a plus (not required)
You are dependable and self-motivated
You have strong attention to detail and take pride in quality work
You're comfortable using electronics for timekeeping and reporting
You communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
You have the ability to pass a background check and E-Verify

Physical Requirements:

Lift/carry 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
Stand, bend, walk, reach, and perform physical labor for most of the workday
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Safely operate power tools and equipment
Drive between job sites and sit for extended periods as needed
Comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet if required
