About This Position

Description:

We are a corrective care–focused chiropractic office seeking a motivated Associate Chiropractor who is passionate about delivering long-term results, educating patients, and building meaningful relationships both inside the clinic and within the community. This role is ideal for a doctor who values structure, accountability, and growth—clinically and professionally.

Requirements: Clinical Care
  • Perform comprehensive chiropractic evaluations, including posture analysis, ROM, orthopedic and neurological exams
  • Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic findings as permitted by state law
  • Develop and deliver individualized corrective care plans focused on structural correction and functional improvement
  • Perform high-quality chiropractic adjustments and corrective techniques
  • Conduct regular re-exams to track progress and modify care plans as needed
Corrective & Rehabilitative Care
  • Prescribe and oversee corrective exercises and home care recommendations
  • Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, lifestyle factors, and spinal health
  • Reinforce patient compliance to support long-term outcomes
Patient Education & Communication
  • Clearly explain exam findings, care plans, expectations, and progress
  • Build strong doctor–patient relationships grounded in trust and professionalism
  • Address patient questions and concerns with confidence and compassion
Community Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Actively build and maintain relationships within the local community
  • Participate in community events, workshops, screenings, and outreach opportunities
  • Develop referral relationships with local businesses, schools, gyms, churches, and healthcare providers as appropriate
  • Represent the clinic professionally and positively in all community interactions
Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Ensure records meet legal, ethical, and insurance standards
  • Participate in case reviews, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with chiropractic assistants, rehab staff, and front office team
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education
  • Follow established office systems, protocols, and patient flow processes
