About the Role:

The CNC Machine Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components. This position requires a strong attention to detail to ensure that all products meet exact specifications and quality standards. The operator will interpret technical drawings and blueprints to program machines accurately and make necessary adjustments during production runs. Additionally, the role involves routine inspection of finished products and troubleshooting any mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of CNC programming and machine setup.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in CNC operation or machining technology.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Set up CNC machines by loading tools, materials, and inputting programming instructions based on engineering drawings.
