About the role

EXP Group is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level AP/AR Analyst to join our accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in accounting or finance. Full training will be provided, making this role ideal for recent graduates or individuals with accounting coursework seeking hands-on experience.

What you'll do

• Assist with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Support invoice entry, payment processing, and billing activities
• Help track incoming and outgoing payments
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with basic account reconciliations
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing inquiries
• Provide general support to the accounting team as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
• 0–2 years of experience (internships welcome)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
