Purchasing Specialist (Buyer – Supply Chain Support)

We are looking for a detail-driven Purchasing Associate to support product flow, maintain accurate ERP data (Syteline), and ensure out teams have what they need when they need it.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain accurate, real-time purchase order updates in Syteline (due dates, pricing, acknowledgtements)
• Monitor supplier schedules and proactively share updates
• Support Sales with accurate availability and timelines
• Convert purchase requisitions quickly and correctly
• Resolve pricing/quantity issues with suppliers
• Keep PO records clean and current
• Help prevent stockouts and excess inventory

What You Bring

• 2+ years in purchasing, supply chain, procurement, or admin with strong data accuracy
• Expert-level Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivots) and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with ERP systems (Syteline preferred; SAP, Oracale, NetSuite, Epicor welcome)
• Clear and confident communication with suppliers and internal teams
• High attention to detail with a proactive mindset
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to follow and improve processes
