The firm provides practical, high-level counsel across areas such as corporate law, litigation, bankruptcy, real estate, and intellectual property, combining deep experience with a client-focused approach. Job duties:
Work hybrid remote. We have offices throughout the state of Delaware. · Manage a full caseload of medical malpractice matters from intake through resolution· Evaluate claims and defenses by analyzing medical records, applicable standards of care, and causation issues.· Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and dispositive filings.· Work closely with medical experts to establish or challenge breaches of the standard of care and causation, including preparing expert reports and deposition testimony. · Take and defend depositions of parties, treating providers, and expert witnesses.· Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Required:· Recent experience in medical malpractice· DE bar
