Location: Koenig & Bauer Office, Dallas, TX

Reports to: Director of Technical Services

Standard Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST with one-hour Lunch

FLSA Status: Non-exempt/Hourly

Compensation: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour

Job Responsibility: The Project Coordinator organizes service projects and workflows and provides administrative support to the Director of Technical Services

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Obtain pricing for parts and labor sourced through the parent company in Germany in order to generate quotations for customers and manage resulting projects.Generate and present retrofit and upgrade quotations to customers.Provide and track special invoicing instructions and payment terms to accounting for retrofits, upgrades and special projects.Enter sales orders for labor and and/or parts and create purchase requisitions as required.Collect purchase order information and review invoices as required. and assist in tracking special invoicing instructions and payment termsCoordinate, process and track customer inquiries and orders related to projects, and support overall customer relationship management.Document, track and report retrofit and upgrade quotes, sales and prospect sales activities and milestones quarterly.Identify process limitations and contribute to improvement proposals related to project workflows.Compile, maintain, distribute, and manage technical data and documentation as needed.Support customer relations management in service organization.Type all correspondence, memos, reports, quotations etc. for the Director of Technical Services and any other office management as requested.Maintain all press inspection audits, forms and documents.Finalize press inspection audit checklists and generate final Press Inspection Audit Report to send to the customer and necessary personnel. Coordinate phone and email communication for the Director of Technical ServicesCompile, maintain, distribute and manage technical data, descriptions and documentation required by Technical Services. Maintain and file all customer correspondence, managerial correspondence, technical correspondence. Prepare special projects as required. Support service dispatch group.Performs other related job responsibilities as necessary based on business needs

Required Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED-equivalent required.
Experience: One to two years of work experience in an administrative, quotation, or planning role in manufacturing, service, or other related technical industry. May substitute a two or four year college degree in business or other related degree program for work experience.
Computer Skills: Computer literacy with intermediate knowledge of e-mail, internet navigation, word processing, spreadsheets, and other business system software.


Physical Demands of Job:
Job will require sitting for long periods of time looking at a monitor and using a keyboard (estimated at 6 or hours or more per day). Employee is able to stand up and move around at their discretion
