Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, heat pumps and refrigeration systems. Plumbing skills are a bonus as we are a licensed plumbing contractor.
Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC systems according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.
Knowledge of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, complete system installs, and knowledge of ductwork is a bonus.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment and provide effective solutions then present and discuss options with the homeowner
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain service procedures and address any concerns
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on job sites
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotation as needed
