Location: Gauteng, Johannesburg (Hybrid)
Salary: ZAR 390,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Start date: February 2026

About the role
We are seeking a Training and Quality Coordinator to support the delivery of onboarding and refresher training for a healthcare contact centre providing services to UK GP practices.
This role focuses on the delivery of structured training programmes, coordination of training activity, and maintenance of training records. You will work closely with UK-based Training and Operations teams and will be supported to develop expertise in UK GP systems and workflows.
This is a delivery-focused role and does not carry clinical sign-off or policy ownership responsibility.
Key responsibilities
Deliver structured induction and refresher training to healthcare contact centre staf
Facilitate engaging remote and in-person training sessions
Support system and workflow training aligned to UK GP services
Maintain accurate training records, competency sign-off, and LMS content
Deliver targeted refresher training based on QA and performance feedback
Collaborate with Operations team and Duty Shift Leaders
Support onboarding of new clients where required, including limited call handling support
Essential experience
Experience delivering training or coaching in a contact centre or healthcare environment
Experience in delivering both remotely and on-site
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Experience training teams remotely and in hybrid settings
Strong organisation and documentation skills
Comfortable working within regulated environments
Desirable experience
Exposure to UK healthcare or NHS-aligned services
Experience working with quality assurance or audit feedback
Experience supporting onboarding at scale
