At Guardian Family Dental, our team is growing and we’re looking for a positive, motivated individual to join our family-focused practice. We’re a close-knit, team-oriented environment led by Dr. Kyle Crandall, and we strive to provide excellent care to our patients while fostering a workplace that’s supportive, fun, and professional.

We’re hiring a Front Desk / Administrative Team Member to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our office. This is a full-time position, supporting our front office and helping patients navigate their care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing patient communications
• Insurance verification and assisting patients with billing questions
• Maintaining accurate patient records and handling office administration tasks
• Supporting a positive, professional atmosphere for patients and team members

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous front desk or administrative experience, ideally in a dental or healthcare setting
• Familiarity with insurance processes is preferred
• Strong computer and organizational skills (Dentrix experience is a plus)
• Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, respectful, and professional
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
