Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
2. Provide therapy for speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
3. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
4. Educate patients and families on therapy strategies, exercises, and home programs
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
6. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
7. Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and legal standards
Qualifications
1. Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing
2. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
3. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, if applicable
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
7. Previous experience is preferred, but clinical fellows may be considered
