Automotive Cashier/Receptionist at Hyundai (Streetsboro) – Streetsboro, Ohio

About Us:

At Great Lakes Hyundai, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional automotive services and customer experiences. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented, part-time, Automotive Cashier to join our team and help us maintain our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash, credit, and check payments, ensuring all transactions are balanced at the end of each shift.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
• Collaborate with service staff to ensure seamless communication regarding customer accounts and service needs.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and privacy regulations.
• Making phone calls to follow up on service appointments.

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous cashier or retail experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash and credit transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with automotive services is a plus but not required.
• Schedule Monday- Thursday 4pm-8pm
• Regular and predictable attendance is required for this position.
