Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist members and guests in the fitness and spa areas, ensuring a positive experience

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness equipment, spa facilities, and common areas

- Monitor and enforce safety and health standards within the fitness and spa facilities

- Provide information about available services, memberships, and amenities

- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing reservations for spa treatments

- Support the team in setting up and breaking down equipment and supplies for events or classes

- Respond promptly to member and guest inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or fitness/spa environment preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in fitness and spa settings is a plus

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed
