Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and direction for plant operations to achieve performance objectives in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develop, implement, and sustain strategies that drive productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.
• Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Lead financial stewardship of the facility, including budget management, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning.
• Promote a culture centered on continuous improvement, accountability, and employee engagement.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, quality, and other departments to optimize operational outcomes.
• Champion operational excellence initiatives through the application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing operations experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Certifications: Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Prior experience in valve manufacturing or a closely related industrial manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge and practical application of Lean manufacturing methodologies.
