Paradigm is in search of a remote Quality Audit Associate. This role will involve providing administrative assistance to the SPU Managers and Supervisors. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
The Quality Audit Associate is responsible for learning and adhering to account guidelines; using account guidelines to complete case billing audits; researching and investigating short pays, non-pays, and documents appropriately in the collections application; performing internal audits; and running queries with customer specific data.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Excellent computer skills, especially with data entry.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
