- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in BOH and FOH roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
