You will act as a key talent advisor, partnering closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, refine candidate profiles, and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment. The position combines strategic recruiting with hands-on execution, covering everything from sourcing and candidate engagement to offer management and onboarding coordination. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting and talent operations while ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, guiding candidates from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience by maintaining clear, consistent, and mission-driven communication throughout the hiring journey.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship development.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal profiles, and team needs.
  • Coordinate with external recruiting agencies when needed, ensuring alignment on requirements, performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee onboarding preparation, including background checks, reference checks, and credential verification processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional onboarding activities with HR, IT, and hiring teams to ensure smooth new hire integration.
  • Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline health to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
  • Provide market insights, hiring forecasts, and talent availability updates to support strategic workforce planning.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced full-cycle recruiter with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within healthcare or clinical environments.
  • Experience using ATS platforms such as Ashby, as well as collaboration tools like Slack and Google Workspace.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on candidate engagement and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous and evolving startup or high-growth environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills across multiple recruiting workflows.
  • Ability to connect candidates with mission-driven work and company values.
  • Experience coordinating onboarding and cross-functional hiring processes is a plus.
