The Opportunity You will serve as a skilled craftsman delivering essential masonry work for high-profile QuikTrip commercial construction projects across Arizona. How You Will Make an Impact

• Construct durable brick and block structures by following precise project plans and architectural specifications.

• Execute high-quality mortar application and finishing to ensure the long-term structural integrity of commercial facilities.

• Coordinate with field foremen and crews to maintain strict project timelines and meet daily production goals.

• Measure and cut materials with high precision to ensure perfect alignment and aesthetic quality on every site.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to all jobsite protocols and safety regulations.

• Resolve real-time layout challenges to ensure masonry work remains level, plumb, and according to site requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of professional masonry experience, specifically within the commercial construction sector.

• Proven ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.

• Must possess a full set of personal masonry hand tools required for daily field operations.

• Demonstrated physical ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and lift heavy materials consistently.

• Strong commitment to punctuality and reliable performance within a team-oriented field environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Completion of a formal masonry apprenticeship or equivalent vocational technical training.

• Specialized experience working on high-volume commercial retail or fuel station projects.

• Advanced knowledge of various masonry bonding patterns and specialized finishing techniques.
