Part-time 5h evening shifts + 6h Saturday day shift

Routes Healthcare is seeking a Female Complex Care Assistant to provide 1-to-1 care in a clients home. You will support individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently.

• Deliver person-centred care with dignity and respect
• Support medication and clinical observations
• Assist with nutrition and epilepsy (training provided)
• Follow individual care plans
• Maintain accurate care records

Essential

• Minimum 6 months UK care experience
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
• experience with challenging behaviour and none verbal clients
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional

Desirable

• Experience in complex care
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
