You will serve as a critical field leader, driving the successful execution of diverse commercial construction projects ranging from medical facilities to tilt-wall builds. How You Will Make an Impact- Supervise daily field operations for ground-up commercial projects to ensure high-quality delivery and safety compliance.
- Coordinate complex schedules and trade partners to maintain strict project timelines and budget requirements.
- Direct on-site activities for specialized construction methods including tilt-wall, masonry, and metal/wood framing.
- Execute project plans in sensitive environments such as active medical facilities, schools, and operational shopping centers.
- Resolve real-time technical and logistical obstacles on-site to prevent project delays or safety hazards.
- Maintain accurate daily field reports and documentation to ensure total project transparency for stakeholders.
- Promote company values of trust and accountability while mentoring field teams to foster professional growth.
- Proven leadership experience managing large-scale commercial ground-up construction projects.
- Expert knowledge of tilt-wall construction, masonry, and both metal and wood framing systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage active jobsites where businesses or facilities remain operational during construction.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed architectural drawings, structural specifications, and master schedules.
- Strong organizational skills necessary for managing complex field documentation and team dynamics.
- 15 years of related work experience in commercial construction management.
- Advanced knowledge of specialized safety protocols for medical, educational, and high-traffic retail environments.
- Completion of advanced technical training or certifications in OSHA standards and fall protection.
