Industrial Maintenance Electrician Support High-Output Systems for a Leading Industrial Contractor

You will serve as a vital technical expert, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of complex electrical systems within industrial and commercial environments. This role empowers you to troubleshoot high-stakes equipment and implement preventative solutions that keep essential facilities running. You will work within a collaborative culture that prioritizes craftsmanship and provides the professional development needed to master advanced electrical technologies.

• Execute the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical equipment to ensure peak operational performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues within motors, relays, starters, and drives to minimize facility downtime.
• Analyze blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to accurately calculate loads and determine proper circuit methods.
• Interpret technical data to support and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
• Monitor all site work to ensure strict compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety protocols.
• Document all system updates and completed work orders to maintain accurate preventative maintenance records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Lumix System Integrators and Lumix Mechanical & Fab to deliver integrated client solutions.

• Proven experience in commercial or industrial electrical systems with a strong technical background.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and complex schematics.
• Demonstrated knowledge of motors, controls, and high-voltage industrial systems.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and bending in a field environment.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute or relocate to the Fulton, MO area.

• Current Journeyman Electrician License.
• Advanced technical knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and specialized industrial automation.
• Previous experience in a mentorship role or training junior team members in a field setting.
