About the role
Manages brand-creator partnerships from outreach through campaign delivery. Responsible for identifying and vetting influencers, negotiating collaborations, coordinating content timelines, and tracking performance metrics. Serves as the primary liaison between the brand and its influencer network, ensuring campaigns align with marketing objectives and launch on schedule. Ideal for someone who combines strong relationship management skills with a sharp eye for social media trends and data-driven results.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day communication with creators across gifting, UGC, and contracted campaigns
- Coordinate influencer outreach, seeding logistics, and product fulfillment
- Track campaign deliverables, deadlines, and content approvals using internal tracking tools and platforms like Aspire
- Support the influencer invoice and payment process, including coordinating with the Senior Manager for timely creator payments
- Assist with onboarding new creators — drafting agreements, collecting W-9s, and maintaining organized records
- Pull and compile campaign performance data (reach, engagement, EFR, ECI) for weekly and monthly reporting
- Monitor creator content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for brand alignment and performance signals
- Support community management efforts on owned brand channels as needed
- Help maintain the influencer roster and keep campaign tracking tools up to date
- Stay current on platform trends, creator culture, and competitor activity
What We're Looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field (internship experience counts)
- Familiarity with influencer platforms — Aspire, Sprout Social, or similar tools
- Strong organizational skills and a high bar for follow-through
- Comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- Clear, professional written communication — you'll be the face of the brand to a lot of creators
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once without things slipping
- A team-player mindset — this role works cross-functionally with social, PR, and retail teams
- Genuine interest in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
Nice to Have
- Experience with Sprout Social or a similar social media management platform
- Background in contracts or basic influencer agreement negotiations
- Hands-on experience running gifting or seeding campaigns
- Retail marketing exposure (HEB, Target, Walmart
