This role is focused on building and scaling high-impact enablement programs that empower go-to-market teams to perform at their best in a fast-evolving, AI-driven environment. The Senior GTM Enablement Manager will design onboarding experiences, continuous learning frameworks, and structured training programs that accelerate ramp time and improve overall productivity across Sales, BDR, and Customer Success teams. Acting as a strategic partner to Product, Marketing, and Revenue leaders, this role ensures teams are equipped with the right knowledge, tools, and messaging to succeed in complex enterprise sales cycles. It combines instructional design, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven optimization to continuously refine enablement effectiveness. The environment is highly dynamic, with strong exposure to product innovation and AI-enabled workflows. - Design, launch, and continuously improve a comprehensive onboarding program ensuring all new GTM hires achieve strong product and sales fluency within their first weeks.
- Build and scale a GTM enablement strategy that supports continuous learning through structured training, certifications, and ongoing development programs.
- Establish and manage a consistent enablement cadence, including training calendars, engagement tracking, and certification completion across GTM teams.
- Partner with Sales, BDR, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to identify enablement gaps and translate insights into actionable programs.
- Maintain alignment with Product and Product Marketing to ensure training materials, competitive intelligence, and messaging remain accurate and up to date.
- Drive adoption of AI tools within GTM and Marketing teams by evaluating solutions, developing best practices, and delivering structured training programs.
- Develop and scale specialized enablement programs for BDR/SDR teams to improve ramp time and increase pipeline generation.
- Contribute to external-facing content such as blog posts, guides, and webinars aligned with marketing priorities.
- 5–7 years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or GTM operations within a high-growth technology environment.
- Proven success building and scaling onboarding and enablement programs with measurable business impact.
- Strong experience working with Sales, BDR/SDR, and Customer Success teams in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to translate complex technical or product concepts into clear, structured training materials.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating internal and external-facing content.
- Familiarity with AI tools or emerging technologies and interest in improving productivity through automation and innovation.
- Experience supporting or building programs for BDR/SDR teams is highly preferred.
- Competitive compensation package ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 per year.
