About This Position
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assets
• Ensure all existing assets are logged and tracked across corporate and field locations.
• Familiar with equipment warranties.
• Upon receipt, ensure all new assets are asset tagged and logged into the inventory system.
• Assess equipment functionality via provided checklists, prior to shipping to a project for use.
• Perform asset audit annually and IT audit quarterly.
• Perform site specific field audits annually.
• Familiar with routine equipment maintenance schedules and repair processes.
• Ensure medics are performing daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and calibrations on required equipment.
• Coordinate and maintain up to date equipment calibrations across all corporate assets.
• Work closely with operation managers and field supervisors to ensure properly functioning equipment.
• Perform corporate clinic services including Occupational and Laboratory Testing when needed.
Medications
• Examine and analyze purchase order requests for completeness and accuracy of information, including contacting the initiator to clarify or obtain complete information.
• Compile and coordinate vendor prices, investigate alternative procurement sources.
• Place order with the optimal vendor and proactively follow up to ensure any issues such as late delivery are resolved quickly.
Monitor pharmaceutical stocking quantities to determine optimal inventory levels.
• Verify receipt of medications on location and coordinate the return of expired medications.
• Maintain proper pharmaceutical records to present during an audit.
Other
• Continuously identify and suggest opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with packaging and shipping supplies/medications to jobsites
• Treat all coworkers, clients and patients with professionalism.
• Maintain effective communication with entire XMD staff, crew members and client representatives to maintain safe and effective operations.
• Always maintain patient confidentiality.
• Maintain an organized workspace.
• Ensure timely distribution to customers and project sites.
• Assistance with onsite setup and/or demobilization may be required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:- Background knowledge in pharmacy and medical supplies.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Organized with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug test and/or MVR check.
