About This Position

Description:

ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Senior-Level Process Engineer.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Cybersecurity Process Engineer on our team, you will provide process engineering support to a cybersecurity operations organization. Primary responsibilities include analyzing and improving organizational processes, conducting technical research and analysis, and writing responses for government-provided high-priority data calls to create representations/characterizations of strategy alignment, resource allocations, discrepancies, gaps, and organizational accomplishments. You will also conduct thorough reviews and detailed assessments of systems engineering documentation; define, review, propose and develop process improvements; and oversee and guide creation, modification, and implementation of process governance and required systems engineering documentation and artifacts, reporting results to leadership.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or Education from an accredited school or university is required. Four years of additional experience may be substituted for a Bachelors’ Degree.
  • Requires Fifteen (15) years of experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Experience is to include, within the past ten (10) years, five (5) years' experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices.
  • Knowledge of process engineering, operational procedures, and workflows/requirements analysis
  • Experience in documenting processes and process improvement.
  • Experience in SharePoint, Confluence, and documentation management.
  • Position requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired:

  • Experience in gathering functional requirements.
  • Experience in Cybersecurity domain is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate with other government and contract stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.

Many factors can influence final salary including, but not limited to relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Final salary can also be influenced by a position’s geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.

The salary Range for this position is: $100k - $250k
