This role provides strategic financial insights and analytical support to the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, spanning Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Onboarding. You will develop financial models, forecast revenue, and analyze performance to drive accurate, data-informed decision-making across the business. The position requires collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation, improve forecasting, and support public company readiness initiatives. You will identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and scalable solutions, while contributing to board and investor reporting. This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment that values initiative, analytical rigor, and a strong ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Remote flexibility allows engagement across multiple teams and regions.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for revenue forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts, providing actionable recommendations to improve financial accuracy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide ad hoc financial analysis, budgetary support, and insights for strategic initiatives.
- Optimize GTM performance by delivering data-driven insights into revenue, expenses, and operational levers.
- Streamline processes, implement standardization, and build scalable solutions to support the company’s growth trajectory.
- Prepare materials for Board meetings, investor reporting, and internal leadership presentations.
- Define and track KPIs to monitor financial performance and progress against organizational objectives.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, finance analytics, or investment banking, ideally in high-growth software or SaaS companies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques; SQL experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across functions and levels.
- Familiarity with financial systems such as NetSuite or Pigment is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to drive insights from complex datasets and influence business outcomes.
- Competitive base salary: $100,000 – $140,000 USD (depending on location, skills, and experience).
