Overview: Red Moon Marketing is looking for a full-time Account Executive to support our clients, primarily located in the eastern half of the continental United States. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting and participating with our marketing teams, ensuring the successful execution of marketing activations for our high-profile clients. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can effectively cultivate and manage client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to achieve project goals. Approximately 90% of assignments are representing our clients at events to educate consumers through direct consumer engagement about our clients' brands and programs and, in most instances, product sampling and/or branded giveaways. The position requires a high volume of positive face-to-face encounters with consumers during events.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support: Assist our marketing team leaders in managing day-to-day client interactions, addressing client needs, and providing updates on project progress.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts and successfully addressing any opportunities that arise.
Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, procurement) to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing assets and initiatives.
Pre-Event Planning and Support: Coordinate with on site contacts prior to events, prepare event assets and arrange for their shipment to/from event location, and arrange travel logistics for event team members if required.
Event Support and Management: Travel to event locations, assist with event setup/ breakdown and engage in event activations (day of).
Post-Event Support: Unload event assets at warehouse and clean as necessary, report any damaged assets to team leaders, and return event assets to proper location in warehouse.
Reporting: Assist in capturing event metrics during the event and in the preparation of event performance reports (recaps).
Market Research: Conduct research and provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments relevant to our clients.

· Monday to Friday

Location:
Charlotte, NC: If necessary, relocate before starting work
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience in event marketing is highly desired.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to drive company branded vehicles (large trucks, vans, or trailers).
- Comfortable traveling, working weekends, and working holidays.
