Registered Dental Hygienist at Suchman & Darnall Family Dentistry – Kansas City, Missouri

We're looking for a registered dental hygienist to join our growing team! You’ll complete initial patient screenings, conduct dental cleanings, and assist dentists with examinations and procedures. $41 - $45 hourly

• Take x-ray images of the patients’ teeth to help dentists identify any oral health issues like cavities
• Check for issues such as gingivitis, periodontitis, or caries so patients can receive care as soon as the problem is identified
• Sterilize all dental equipment to make sure everything is properly cleaned
• Conduct initial screenings for patients to understand their oral health history
• Protect patients’ teeth by thoroughly cleaning them and applying fluoride or other sealants

• 1-2 years of work experience as a dental hygienist
• Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in registered dental hygiene program preferred, associate’s degree required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid CPR certification
• Licensed to practice as a dental hygienist in the state
