The position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, strengthening supplier engagement, and enhancing the value of preferred hotel programs across a wide advisor and agency network. It combines commercial strategy, relationship management, and hands-on execution to convert partnerships into measurable business outcomes. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, requiring strong coordination across marketing, member relations, and supplier stakeholders. The director acts as a key commercial driver, responsible for negotiating agreements, optimizing program performance, and identifying new revenue opportunities. This is a highly visible role that blends strategic leadership with operational accountability across a global hospitality landscape.

Accountabilities
  • Own and grow strategic hotel supplier relationships across chain, brand, and property levels, ensuring long-term partnership value
  • Identify, onboard, and develop new hotel suppliers while expanding participation in preferred programs and marketing initiatives
  • Design and execute supplier engagement strategies that drive revenue, commission growth, and program adoption
  • Develop and manage commercial initiatives including incentives, promotions, events, and performance-based programs
  • Lead supplier business reviews, analyze performance data, and optimize partnerships against revenue and profitability targets
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with hotel partners to maximize financial outcomes and strategic alignment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support advisor onboarding, training, and supplier-related escalations
  • Execute communication strategies to enhance supplier visibility across digital platforms, events, and advisor channels
  • Represent the organization at industry events and maintain strong awareness of hotel market trends and competitive dynamics
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing hotel supplier relationships with direct responsibility for revenue or budget accountability (2M+ preferred)
  • Strong background in the hotel industry, ideally including exposure to luxury hospitality environments
  • Proven ability to build, pitch, and execute commercial partnership programs with senior stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth or improving profitability through supplier partnerships
  • Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and operations teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and optimize business outcomes
  • Comfortable managing large-scale supplier networks across multiple geographies
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly results-oriented approach to execution
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills for both internal and external stakeholders
